    Sports massage can be beneficial for anyone experiencing muscle tension, pain or restricted movement. It can help with stress relief an improving overall health.

  • For the consultation, loose fitting, shorts or leggings and t shirt are fine.
    During the massage, your body will be covered by a towel or sarong. Most people wear their underwear but the most important thing is that you are comfortable.
